House Rules:

• Smoking is permitted only in the villa's exterior areas.

• Guests are encouraged to wear appropriate swimwear in the pool and to shower beforehand.

• Please observe the pool hours; entry into the pool is not allowed after 8 pm.

• An adult must accompany children (minors) at the swimming pool.

• A security deposit is required at check-in, refundable barring any damages or rule violations.

• Loud music is prohibited outside the villa after 10:00 pm, but normal volume music is allowed indoors.

• Inform us of the exact number of arriving guests during booking; additional guests will incur extra charges.

• Outside guests are not permitted without prior notification.

• Any illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

• Identity proof for each guest is required at check-in.

• Commercial photography or videography is not allowed on the premises.
